XR5.0 recently participated in the Annual Training and Education Conference (ATEC 2025) in Brussels, organised by the European Security and Defence College (ESDC).
The project was represented by the University of Piraeus Research Center (UPRC), member of the ESDC network.
The conference brought together the ESDC community and the wider European training and education ecosystem, focusing on different aspects of the training loop through participatory workshops, innovative formats, and targeted discussions aimed at concrete outcomes.
During the conference, XR5.0 was presented through a dedicated poster, showcasing the XR5.0 Training Platform and its potential to combine immersive environments and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support adaptive, effective, and human-centred training.
XR5.0’s participation in ATEC highlights the project’s commitment to innovation in training and education, aligned with emerging European needs in the areas of security, defence, and professional development.
