The XR5.0 Project announces its upcoming Pilot 5 webinar, “Enhancing Technician Training & Remote Support in Industry 5.0 with XR and AI: Insights from Pilot 5,” which will take place on March 20, 2026, from 11:00 to 11:30 CET. This focused online session will showcase how Extended Reality (XR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) enhance technician training and real-time remote support in Industry 5.0 environments.

The webinar will begin with a short welcome and introduction, followed by two insightful presentations highlighting Pilot 5 developments. The first presentation will explore personalised XR training for edge device assembly, demonstrating how adaptive immersive environments can support hands-on learning. The second talk will focus on AI-powered AR support for real-time repairs, showcasing how intelligent systems can guide technicians through complex troubleshooting scenarios.
To further enhance interaction, the session will include a live feedback segment and online survey, giving participants the chance to share their perspectives and contribute to the evaluation process. The webinar will conclude with an open Q&A discussion, providing space for questions and exchange among attendees.
