The XR5.0 project presents the Pilot 2 Webinar, titled “Human Centred Remote Maintenance and Asset Management”, that will take place on May 26th, 2026, at 15:00–15:40 CET. The session will present an overview of human-centred approaches to remote maintenance and asset management, highlighting how Mixed Reality and AI technologies support these processes.

The webinar will begin with an Introduction providing the opening context for the session. Then it will continue with a presentation on how Mixed Reality and AI are being integrated at SCHMIDT + HAENSCH, demonstrating their role in supporting maintenance workflows and enhancing operational efficiency. This will be followed by a presentation on the role of AI chatbots in modern maintenance, outlining how conversational AI can assist with troubleshooting, guidance, and real-time support for maintenance activities.
Participants will also be invited to engage in live audience feedback and a live survey in the online event, enabling direct interaction during the session.
The event will conclude with an Open Discussion – Questions & Answers, offering attendees the opportunity to ask questions and further explore the presented topics.
