Focusing on Pilot 2, the publication presents an integrated approach for SCHMIDT + HAENSCH that combines Extended Reality (XR) collaboration, AI-assisted troubleshooting, and structured maintenance workflows to support on-site technicians and remote experts. As one of the industrial validation environments of the XR5.0 initiative, the pilot demonstrates how immersive and intelligent digital solutions can improve service operations, facilitate knowledge sharing, and enable more efficient maintenance processes.
